Dragonfruit Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

How gorgeous is dragonfruit! I just think it's so pretty, and paired with raspberries and coconut, you just don't want it to end.
It's hard to get red dragonfruit in Australia, so instead I used a freeze dried Dragonfruit powder to get the pink colour. Topped with Kiwi flowers, red plum, red grape flowers, and white dragonfruit stars.
As usual I hid some veggies in my smoothie bowl, and blended in a zucchini. It's a great way to get an extra veg in your meal, without the flavour. It's also bulks out the bowl for low calories, gives you some added fibre, and stops the flavour from being overpowered with banana flavour.
Dragonfruit Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl
(Serves 1)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp freeze dried Dragonfruit powder
1 frozen banana
1 zucchini peeled
1/4 tsp coconut essence (optional)
Natural sweetener to taste
Coconut water to consistency
Ice
Blend until smooth
