Coconut Rose Vegan Cheesecakes

Coconut Rose Cheesecakes with a Choc coconut seeded base. I always have to have a bit of chocolate when I make rose flavoured treats, as it always reminds me of Turkish delight chocolates.

I just loved making these mini cheesecakes with their real flakes of edible dried rose petals. You just can't beat pretty food! Especially when it is made of real whole foods, and refined sugar free. The prefect treat to keep and eat straight form the freezer.

I always make my cheesecakes in mini size. All though they are made of whole food ingredients, a small amount goes a long way, and you'll be surprised how rich and filling they are. All though nuts are good fats, if you are watching your calorie intake, then raw desserts should still be consumed in smaller quantities. Making these mini cheesecakes the perfect guilt free treat!

These are also perfect for 'cooks' like me, as there is no cooking required! Just blend and freeze. Can't get much easier than that!

Let me know if you give them a try
