Choc Pancakes with White Chocolate Protein Sauce

Chocolate Pancakes never fail, but when they're gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free, then you know you're on to a good thing. Top them with a white chocolate protein sauce and you'll be nom-noming your way through a delicious breakfast in no time.

I'm excited to become an ambassador for MyProtein and be able to share a great 10% discount with all of my followers. Just head to the Website and enter HEALTHYEATINGJO at the checkout to receive your discount, every time you use it.

I was blown away by the amount of great products they had on there. I'm definitely a convenience girl. So if I can find somewhere to buy all of my Organic pantry items, flours, cacao nibs, chia seeds, plus superfood powders, stevia drops, Xylitol, sugarfree syrups, and obviously heaps of other protein and workout items to suit my husband as well, then I'm sold.

But I was most happy to read that the new Organic Naturals range is certified by The Soil Association - this is what the MyProtein Website has to say..

'Myprotein are proud to announce that our entire Naturals range is certified by one of the UK’s leading organic certification bodies – and it’s none other than The Soil Association! The Soil Association have an outstanding reputation for their clear passion to examine individual products to ensure that all food products are derived from the best possible sources – and for that, we’re 100% privileged to have teamed up with them! Our customers can now purchase the highest quality, organically grown, minimally processed food products and receive maximal health benefits.'

I was also excited to hear that the range is growing all the time. So there'll be plenty more great products that I use to try out in future.

Anyway, here's the recipe for the pancakes. You can do all of it, or use elements of it, it's totally up to you.

If you want a variation to the white chocolate sauce, you can also try mixing yoghurt with vanilla protein powder and some vanilla extract to get an equally delicious sauce. Add some water to thin it out if required.

I hope you give it a try and don't forget you discount
